Naked Chocolate

On Saturday March 28 I made the drive down to Claresholm to teach a ‘Naked Chocolate’ workshop at the Women’s Conference. The theme of the day was ‘Eat Play Love’ so naturally I was the workshop ‘Eat’. We explored the history, cultivation, processing and of course enjoyment of raw organic chocolate. My February newsletter had the recipe for the basic chocolate recipe. If you are buying chocolate bars be sure to purchase 70% organic free trade brands. It will taste amazing, be healthy for you, and or the environment!
